Nalandabodhi is a network of meditation centers, study groups, and individual members committed to exploring a path of spiritual practice and discovery rooted in the wisdom teachings of the Kagyu and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism. Nalandabodhi's centers and study groups cultivate intellectual openness and precision within an atmosphere of support and encouragement for each individual’s journey. Established in 1997 by The Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche under the guidance of Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche, Nalandabodhi is a nonprofit organization dedicated to continuing a genuine lineage of Tibetan Buddhism within the modern international community.

Nalanda West is a center for contemplative studies and meditation. Established in 2003 in Seattle, Washington, it is the headquarters for Nalandabodhi, an international network of study and meditation centers in North America, Mexico, Europe and Asia and Nitartha international, an educational center dedicated to non-sectarian studies of the science of mind.
